Return the true output frame.

From the current state of the trigger, it builds the true output Frame. In case the input frame is a composite frame it adds the output one if this output is suitable for the composite frame, otherwise add it after in the data flow st

in case the output frame should be embedded in the input one.

Implemented in ADF::FrameTrigger.
