Function to build an histogram given the resolution.

The resoltuion is a linear function. What is necessary to determine it is two points at two energies e1 and e2 and the some parameters

• a mean recoil velocity (beta)
• a opening angle for the detection of one gamma-ray
• the intrinseque resolution for the two energies e1 and e2.
